Front Ħarsien ODZ isejjaħ għal pubblikazzjoni tal-ftehim ma’ Sadeen.

Front Ħarsien ODZ qiegħed jissejjaħ għall-pubblikazzjoni immedjata tal-ftehim iffirmat bejn il-Gvern ta’ Malta u l-kumpanija ta’ Sadeen, rigward il-proposta tal-iżvilupp ta’ Università bħalissa qegħda tiġi proposta f’żona barra miż-żoni ta’ żvilupp, f’Żonqor, Marsaskala.

Il-Front qal, ‘Il-pubblikazzjoni ta’ dan il-ftehim huwa neċessarju. Kull ċittadin Malti jistħoqlu li jkun jaf għalxiex ikkommetta ruħu l-Gvern.’

Il-Front Ħarsien ODZ jappoġġja wkoll is-sejħa għal dibattitu immedjat fil- Kumitat tal-Parlament għall-Ambjent u l-Iżvilupp. Id-dokumenti kollha u r-rapporti konnessi mal-proġett għandhom jitpoġġew fuq il-mejda u jiġu ppubblikati, sabiex jiġi żgurat skrutinju sħiħ minn dan il-kumitat.

Front Ħarsien ODZ calls for publication of agreement with Sadeen

Front Ħarsien ODZ is calling for the immediate publication of the heads of agreement signed between the government of Malta and Sadeen Construction Group, with regards to the development of a university campus currently being proposed outside development zones in Zonqor Marsaskala.

“The publication of this agreement is necessary because all Maltese citizens deserve to know what commitments have been taken by their government”, the Front said.

Front Ħarsien ODZ also supports the call for an immediate debate in Parliament’s Committee for the Environment and Development. All documents and reports connected to the project should be published and presented to this committee, to ensure full parliamentary scrutiny.
